Basic Entry: For the Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force Member
This 3-day Basic Entry certification course is designed to provide participants with the necessary skills and mindset needed to become a successful tactical entry operator. The course focuses on tactics, techniques and organizational structure. Participants will also be versed in assault planning, breaching, diversionary devices and the contingency of less-lethal applications.

Ammunition Needed: 500 rounds rifle/ 200 rounds pistol/ 100 rounds Simunition
Equipment Needed: Common tactical equipment, including vest, helmet, knee pads, primary entry rifle/ machine pistol, rifle sling (required), secondary weapon, Simunition rifle and pistol (if available), duty rig with holster and magazine pouches, 3 handgun magazines, 3 rifle magazines (required 20 round capacity or more), suitable clothing for all weather conditions, wrap-around eye protection (clear lenses for low light operation) baseball-style cap and ear protection.
